Once customization or production has started, an order cannot normally be cancelled, changed, returned, or exchanged unless the finished product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the approved specification.

The customer confirms that they own or have permission to use all submitted content. We may refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, misleading, or technically unsuitable.

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by product availability, customization time, courier operations, incorrect addresses, weather, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Additional costs arising from an incorrect address, failed delivery, or repeated delivery attempt may be charged where legally permitted.
